Welcome to Mobaryat. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mobaryat mobile application, website at https://mobaryat.app/, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using Mobaryat, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Mobaryat provides football and sports-related features, which may include: live and scheduled match information; scores, standings, statistics, highlights, and related sports content; news and media links; notifications and alerts; community, social, chat, and voice-related features; other related app services and content.
We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or remove features at any time.
You must be legally allowed to use the Service under the laws of your country or region. If you create an account or use sign-in features, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws.

When using these features, you agree: not to abuse or harass others; not to post spam, scams, or misleading content; not to share illegal, explicit, or harmful material; not to use the Service for coordinated abuse or disruption; not to violate community safety or moderation rules.
We may remove content, mute users, restrict features, suspend access, or take other action if behavior violates these Terms or our policies.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: review content and reports; remove content; restrict access to features; suspend or terminate accounts; cooperate with law enforcement or legal requests where required.
We may take action without prior notice where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users, the Service, or legal compliance.

We do not control third-party services or content and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, legality, or policies. Using third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Mobaryat provides sports information for general informational and entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee that: match data is always complete; scores, times, lineups, standings, or statistics are always error-free; every update is available in real time; content is always available without interruption.
Delays, inaccuracies, missing data, or temporary service interruptions may occur. You should not rely on the Service as the sole basis for critical, legal, commercial, or betting-related decisions.
If you enable notifications, Mobaryat may send alerts such as: match start notifications, goal notifications, general app notifications.
Notification delivery may depend on device settings, network conditions, third-party delivery services, and platform behavior. We do not guarantee delivery or timing of any notification.
Mobaryat may display advertising, sponsored content, or promotional placements. We may change the form, quantity, or placement of advertising at any time. Your use of the Service means you understand that parts of the app may be ad-supported.
The Service, including its design, branding, software, text, graphics, layout, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Mobaryat except for third-party content and materials. You may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, republish, commercially exploit any part of the Service except where applicable law allows it or where we give written permission.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable if any feature, content, or functionality becomes unavailable, delayed, changed, or removed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobaryat disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of: merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobaryat and its operators, owners, affiliates, partners, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
If liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by that law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mobaryat and its operators, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising out of: your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of another person's rights, your unlawful or abusive conduct.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted under the laws applicable in the jurisdiction determined by Mobaryat, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
