Mobaryat is a football and sports app that provides match data, scores, standings, news, notifications, social features, text chat, live voice rooms (including match FanZone voice), and related content.

We may collect the following types of information:
A. Information you provide directly
When you use certain features, you may provide information such as: your name, your email address, your profile photo, messages you send in chat, posts, comments, reports, or other content you submit in social features, images you upload, support messages you send to us.
B. Account and sign-in information
If you sign in using Google or another supported sign-in method, we may receive: your user ID, your name, your email address, your profile image.
C. App usage and device information
We may automatically collect limited technical and usage information such as: device type, operating system version, app version, language and theme preferences, a device or advertising identifier, approximate usage events inside the app, crash or diagnostic information, notification preferences.
D. Football and app activity data
When you use the app, we may process information related to: matches you open, teams, players, and leagues you view, notification subscriptions you enable, content interactions such as likes, comments, reports, and shares.
E. Approximate location
We do not request GPS or precise location permission. Advertising and analytics partners, and our servers, may infer an approximate location (such as country or region) from your IP address so we can show relevant ads, measure usage, and operate the app. This is not used to track your exact position.
F. Voice and chat-related data
See Section 3 below for live voice rooms and text chat.
Live voice (optional). You can join a live voice room from match details (FanZone Voice tab) or from social voice features. Voice is optional. You can use scores, news, and most of the app without a microphone.
If you join a voice room, the app will ask for microphone permission. While you are in the room and not muted, your voice is streamed live to other participants in that same room so they can hear you. When you mute or leave, we stop sending your microphone audio.
We do not record, save, download, or keep voice recordings. Live audio is processed only in real time to deliver the conversation and is not stored on our servers after the stream ends. We do not use your voice for advertising, analytics profiles, or AI training.
To run the room we may process and keep limited non-audio data, such as: room ID and match title, your user ID, display name and profile photo, join and leave times, technical session/signaling data needed to connect the call, and approximate minutes used (for room limits and abuse prevention). Other people in the room can see your display name and photo and can hear you while you are unmuted.
Voice audio is transmitted using encrypted real-time transport through our voice infrastructure provider, which processes the stream on our behalf only to deliver the live call.
Text chat. If you use group chat or match FanZone comments/chat, we process the messages you send, reply snapshots, timestamps, and your display name and photo. Public group chat messages are kept for a limited time (about one hour). Match FanZone messages may be kept longer so fans can read the room after the match. We may moderate, hide, or restrict messages that break our rules, and we may temporarily or permanently block chat access after repeated violations.
We use your information to:
If you use social, chat, or voice features, some of your information may be visible to other users, including: your display name, profile image, posts, comments, chat messages, and (while you are in a voice room and unmuted) your live voice.
Please do not share sensitive personal information in public or group areas of the app.
We may moderate, remove, restrict, or review content that violates our rules, legal obligations, or safety requirements.
If you enable notifications, we may use your device and notification subscription data to send: match start alerts, goal alerts, and other app-related notifications.
You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings or in app settings where available.
Mobaryat may use advertising and analytics services to support and improve the app, including Google AdMob, AppLovin MAX, Meta Audience Network, and Google Firebase Analytics. These services may collect information such as: device or advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, app interactions, performance information, and ad engagement information.
This information helps us understand how users use the app, improve features and stability, measure app performance, and serve and manage ads. Where required, we show a consent form before personalized ads. You can also reset or opt out of the advertising ID in your device settings. Third-party advertising or analytics providers may process data according to their own privacy policies.
Mobaryat relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate features of the app. Depending on the feature you use, this may include services for: authentication (including Google sign-in), notifications, analytics, remote configuration, cloud hosting and storage, social and chat infrastructure, image delivery, live voice infrastructure, advertising, sports data delivery.
We only share information with service providers where needed to operate, secure, maintain, or improve the app. Those providers process data on our instructions and are not permitted to use your voice or personal content for their own advertising.

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for: providing the app and its features, maintaining accounts, operating social and chat services, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our policies.
Live voice audio is not retained after the live stream ends. Public group chat is kept for a short period. Match FanZone messages and social posts may be kept until you delete them or until we remove them for policy or legal reasons. Some technical or cached data may be stored temporarily for performance, reliability, and security purposes.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure, including encryption in transit (HTTPS and encrypted real-time voice transport). However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to: access your information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, withdraw consent where applicable, object to certain processing where applicable.
You can also: refuse microphone permission and skip voice rooms; mute or leave a voice room at any time; disable notifications; and request account and data deletion in the app or at https://mobaryat.app/data-removal.html.

Mobaryat is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will review the matter.
Your information may be processed or stored in countries outside your own, depending on the infrastructure and service providers used to operate the app. By using the app, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed in such locations, subject to applicable safeguards where required.
